Late Abstract Submission
The submission deadline for late poster abstracts was Friday 25 April 2014. The submission system is now closed.
- Late abstracts will only be accepted for a poster presentation
- Late abstracts will be presented in a separate section at Thursday 15 May, and not re-assigned to other sessions in the scientific programme.
- The abstract will not be available in the abstract book or printed meeting programme because it is past the print deadline
- The abstract will be featured in the online programme
- You must complete the online payment of the 50€ abstract submission fee when you submit your abstract
- You must be registered for the meeting before we will accept the abstract
- Submissions will be reviewed and accepted weekly and will not be grouped by topic within this late session
- Abstracts will be accepted on a first come/first serve basis
- Space is limited and we will close extended submission once we fill our space or 25th April.
Abstract submission guidelines:
- Abstract must not promote a commercial product, process, or service.
- Abstract should be clear and well written.
- Authors should comply with instructions and deadlines provided with the call for abstracts.
- The abstract should contain information and/or data that demonstrates that high quality science will be presented.
- Information in the abstract should not have been previously published or presented.
- Before your abstract will be accepted you must be registered for the meeting.
- There is a limit of 2500 characters (INCLUDING SPACES) for the text of your abstract submission.
